Return Policy

RETURN POLICY

This section governs the return of products you purchase.  Perfect 10, Inc. will accept the return of most new and unopened items within 14 days of delivery for store credit only. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.  Returned items must be received at our processing facility within 20 days of delivery.  You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We inspect all returned items and award a partial store credit for opened or used products.  If the return is a result of our error or defective product, Perfect 10, Inc. will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.

If a return is initiated after 14 days of delivery, Perfect 10, Inc. may issue a partial store credit depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise. See our Refund Policy for more details. You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate two weeks because of the time required for return shipping, product inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company. We will notify you via email with the details of your refund, and issue your refund in the form of payment used to make your purchase.

 

DEFECTIVE PRODUCT AND RETURNS DUE TO OUR ERROR 

Defective items, items damaged at the time of receipt, and incorrect items received may be returned without penalty and shipping charges will be waived.  For these items, returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt.  Returned items must be received at our processing facility within 14 days of delivery. When we receive your return, we will inspect the item and provide a replacement or issue a refund. If the product is not found to be defective, shipping fees will apply and/or a partial refund may be issued at the sole discretion of Perfect 10, Inc.

 

REFUND POLICY

 Perfect 10, Inc. inspects all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. Perfect 10, Inc. will refund the full cost of the merchandise and all original shipping charges if your return is a result of our error or defective product. If the return is not a result of our error and you initiate a return of an unopened item within 14 days of delivery, we may issue a store credit for the full cost of the merchandise, if the merchandise qualifies.  We will deduct from the refund the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.  If you return an item that has been opened or shows signs of wear, we may issue a partial store credit, minus both original shipping charge and return shipping fees. Due to the decrease in value of the product over time, we may reduce the refund for returns you initiate more than 14 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility within 20 days.  You can expect your store credit within two weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four to six weeks because of the time required for return shipping, product inspection at our returns facility, and processing from your bank or credit card company.
